Events Management

Having built a reputation for safety, reliability and quality in events traffic management and events traffic control, we have the knowledge and experience in managing traffic and pedestrians at events from music festivals and sports events to local fetes or fairs.

Precise design and planning is imperative in the successful organisation of an event. Long queues, poor directions, inadequate safety measures or unprofessional marshalling can tarnish an event for visitors, participants and organisers.

Understanding the events requirements through liaison with our clients and stakeholders, our aim is to create a perfectly executed, cost effective traffic management plan. This comprehensive planning ensures both event participants and spectators are marshalled safely and receive clear and concise instructions, minimising the disruption to local communities and road users.

We cater for:

Marathons and Triathlons
Air Shows
Fetes and Fairs
University Open Days
Religious Festivals
Motor Sports
Horse Racing

Testimonials

I would like to extend a personal thank you to you, Mick and your site team for an exceptionally well executed job-that has been recognised by all associated. We would be delighted to give any references going forward for other clients.

On behalf of the Estate Committee and Kenny from Wentworth Club I want to say how impressed (and relieved) that the works on Wentworth Drive went so well, thank you. We even managed to keep the course open and minimise disruption. All of you involved were very professional and equally important courteous to the residents/members. I did not receive a single complaint which for a job of this size including three-way lights is incredible. A particular thank you goes to Mick who regularly kept me informed of progress, ensured the job progressed as smoothly as possible and made sure the reinstatement was faultless – even better in many places. I am very grateful
